Liverpool's Life in the UK testing centre is situated at 1 Union Court, just off Cook Street in the north-western part of the city centre. If you're driving, access to Liverpool is convenient via several key motorways and roads.
Driving Directions
From the east, use the M57 and M62 for the most direct route into the city centre.
If coming from the south-west, the M58 connects well to the A5036, known as The Strand, which leads directly to the vicinity of 1 Union Court.
Parking Options
Beetham Plaza: Located 150m west of 1 Union Court. A two-hour parking ticket costs £6.50. This allows ample time for you to take your test and return to your car.
Hackins Hey/Tempest Hey: These adjacent car parks are situated roughly 300m north-east of the venue. Two-hour parking is available at a cost of £5.95. The walk to the test centre from either of these locations will take approximately four minutes.

Train
James Street Station: This station on the Merseyside Rail network is a mere three-minute walk from 1 Union Court. To get to the test venue, head east on James Street and then turn left onto Castle Street. Continue north for about 100m, and you'll find the venue on your right-hand side.
Liverpool Lime Street Station: If you're coming from further afield, your journey will likely take you to Liverpool Lime Street, a major UK train station. To reach 1 Union Court from Lime Street, take the West Kirkby service from the underground platform towards James Street Station. The entire journey should take around seven minutes.
