The Iranian Association hosts the Life in the UK Test at its venue on King Street in the western outskirts of the Hammersmith borough in West London. Easily accessible via the M4 motorway, the test centre is strategically positioned just off the A4.



Parking


The venue offers some on-site parking, but it's advisable to consider alternative options. 


Premier Inn Car Park

  • Located 100m west of the Life in the UK Test centre

  • Only issues 24-hour tickets at £20 each, making it less cost-effective.


Kings Mall Car Park

  • Located nearly one kilometre away from the test centre

  • Charges £3.00 for a two-hour parking ticket, sufficient time for taking the Life in the UK Test and returning to your vehicle.


To reach the venue from Kings Mall, head west on the A315, turn left onto Dalling Road, and proceed south. Turn right onto King Street, and the Iranian Association building will be about 100m ahead.

Bus


Due to the Life in the UK Test centre's proximity to London city centre, multiple bus routes pass near the venue. Ideal stops include Ravenscourt Park, Dalling Road, or Hammersmith Town Hall—all within a short walk from the venue.

Tube


The closest tube station to the Life in the UK Test centre is Ravenscourt Park Underground Station on the District Line, a mere 50m north of the venue. Head south on Ravenscourt Road, and you'll see the test centre across King Street.



Train


Several London Overground stations are situated around Hammersmith. The closest two are Shepherds Bush and Kensington Olympia. Given the more convenient onward journey from Shepherds Bush, here's how to navigate from there:


  • Take the 237 Hounslow West bus service from Shepherds Bush Station to Stamford Brook Station, situated around 650m from the Life in the UK Test centre.

  • Head south on Goldhawk Road (A402), turn left onto King Street, and advance towards the venue.
