Requesting a Life in the UK Test Date:

Cancellation or Postponement by Us:

Entry Confirmation: Where we accept your Entry, we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an e-mail that confirms that we have accepted your Entry for your chosen Life in the UK Test (an Entry Confirmation). The Contract will only be formed between the parties when we send you an Entry Confirmation.
Legal Duty to Provide the Life in the UK Test: After entering into the Contract, we will be under a legal duty to provide the Life in the UK Test as agreed in the Contract.
Scope of the Contract: The Contract will relate only to the Life in the UK Test that we have confirmed in the Entry Confirmation. We will not be obliged to arrange or assess you in any other Life in the UK Test, which may have been part of your booking until your Entry to that other Life in the UK Test has been confirmed in a separate Entry Confirmation.

Refund Policy

Premium Access Subscription

After 12 Hours: If users request cancellation after the initial 12-hour period and we have already booked the test on their behalf, we reserve the right to evaluate the situation. We may choose not to cancel the test if it has already been booked. In such cases, we will retain £25 as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded if possible.

User Responsibility

Accuracy of Information:

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete details during the booking process, including personal information and test preferences. If incorrect details are provided, and the test center does not allow the candidate to take the test as a result, we will not be responsible for any refunds. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the information provided is correct.

Missed Tests or Identification Issues:

If a candidate misses their scheduled test appointment or fails to bring the correct identification documents to the test center, they will not be able to take the test. In such cases, we will not provide a refund, as these circumstances are beyond our control, and it is the user's responsibility to adhere to the test center's requirements.

Matching Identity Information:

Please note that the information provided about your identity in your Entry application must match the identity information you bring on the day of the Life in the UK Test. Failure to provide matching identity information may result in your inability to take the Life in the UK Test.
